Mallett Performance Cars accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, money orders and certified checks as payment and pre-payment on all orders. COD orders are also welcome.

Mallett Performance Cars ships via ground services. Second Day and Next Day Air are also available for rush orders. Please call for exact rates and anticipated delivery dates of in-stock parts. Parts not in stock are shipped upon arrival. For large items such as engines, hoods etc… please call. All claims regarding shipping errors (items/quantity) must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.

Mallett Performance Cars accepts returns for refund or credit on all defective items with prior return approval (see Warranties below). Returns are subject to a 20 percent restocking charge unless defective or shipped in error. COD returns cannot be accepted. All credits will be issued as in-store credits for merchandise or service. Damaged items, wheels that have had tires mounted on them, opened gasket sets, and videos/software where the seal has been broken, cannot be returned. Please call for details on arranging returns. All returns must be made in the original packaging and accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. All claims regarding shipping errors (items/quantity) must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. All Mallett Performance Cars equipment, unless specifically noted otherwise, is covered by a 90 day warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not apply to “take-off” or used parts or any product which has been subject to competition use, misuse, abuse, negligence, fire, accident, alteration, or to disposable/consumable items such as brake pads, brake rotors, clutches or tires. Liability of Mallett Performance Cars unless otherwise noted, is limited to replacement or repair of the defective item.
